Meet Dr. Andre Bruni
Dr. Andre Bruni leads Metairie Dental Implant Center and has cared for Louisiana patients since 2001. Over more than 25 years, implant dentistry has become the center of his work, from replacing a single tooth to rebuilding a full mouth. He has trained extensively in implant surgery, bone grafting, full-arch reconstruction, and implant restorations, including coursework with nationally known implant educators such as Dr. Dan Holtzclaw, Dr. Ramsey Amin, and Dr. Michael Pikos, Implants in Black and White, and the LSU Dental Implant Continuum. His training also covers zygomatic and pterygoid implants, which can open up options for some patients with severe bone loss.
Much of Dr. Bruni's practice is devoted to full-mouth implants such as All-on-4 and All-on-X. He regularly helps patients with failing or missing teeth, years of denture wear, gum disease, and bone loss. Every case is planned with 3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, photogrammetry, and CAD/CAM design, and final full-arch teeth are crafted from zirconia in our own in-house lab, so your surgery, bite, and smile design are coordinated under one roof.
